- Suggest improvements or report issues.
- Avoid sharing credentials, personal health data, or screenshots with private info.
- Keep it constructive — our team is here to listen and learn with you.
Tip: Clear questions get clear answers — please be specific when posting.
Handling Toxicity
Healthy communities grow through positive norms, not fear of punishment.
We focus on:
- Proactive moderation — identifying patterns of harm, not just single posts.
- Positive recognition — celebrating members who help and share insight.
- Conflict engagement — addressing tension constructively, not suppressing it.
Disagreement is welcome. Toxicity is not.
Reporting & Response
If something feels unsafe or inappropriate:
- Click the “Flag” button on any post, or
- Email us at community@llif.org
All reports are reviewed within 24 hours.
Serious issues are escalated to our Safety Response Team for immediate action.
We guarantee:
- Transparent communication on outcomes
- No retaliation for good-faith reporting
Breach & Crisis Preparedness
We hope it never happens — but if it does, here’s what we’ll do.
- Contain: Secure affected systems immediately.
- Assess: Determine what happened and what data was affected.
- Notify: Contact impacted users within 48 hours with clear guidance.
- Recover: Share our post-incident review publicly and improve our systems.

This community is moderated by LLIF staff and approved ambassadors.
All actions follow internal SOPs aligned with:
